Chef Ray T’s culinary journey began over a backyard grill, cooking for family, friends, and anyone who showed up hungry. What began as a love for good food quickly grew into a passion for creating meals that bring people together.

Fueled by that passion, he graduated summa cum laude from the prestigious Johnson & Wales University, in Rhode Island, with a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Nutrition with a concentration in Food Science. Blending classical training with the flavors he grew up on, Chef Ray T creates traditional Syrian dishes with a fresh, modern twist.

Today, he shares that love of food through his retail store and online shop, offering kosher ready-to-cook and cooked main and side dishes, along with raw meats. He also provides catering services and fully cooked holiday and travel-ready meals. Known for his big personality and bigger heart, Chef Ray T is dedicated to honoring tradition, delivering bold flavors, and making sure no one leaves the table hungry.
